It helps us build opinions and have points of view on things in life. People debate over the subject of whether education is the only thing that gives knowledge.
  • Education reform is the term for the goal of changing public education in terms of educational theory and practice. Evidence-based education guides reform, where scientific studies point to the methods that are most effective. These reform movements sought to promote basic changes in American society, including the abolition of slavery, education reform, prison reform, women’s rights, and temperance (opposition to alcohol).
  • At its most basic level, the Act required the establishment of high standards that each student would be expected to meet, a statewide assessment system designed to measure progress towards that goal, and an accountability system to hold schools and districts responsible for progress in meeting the new standards.

In order to get over the delay and uncertainties created due to the pandemic, we will have to look within and bring on reforms in education so that we can also reform the way we hire in our country. This will most definitely also being in better hiring so that the candidates can adapt to this new reality.
